The first answer is good. I agree that they do have somewhat of a poker face, but unlike the first answer, I think they don't realize that they do it. Most people don't wear their heart on their sleeve anyway, but men, in particular, are not usually raised to let their guard down. We don't play games as women, we just don't know when to trust and don't want to give ourselves away as freely as men would like to take, so we are careful, like someone being hunted, like "game".
