An agent should help you with that. You can send it to any director/producer, etc. Any script office you want as long as you don't send it to the people who produce "The Office". Directors and Producers, etc. are forbidden from reading spec scripts for their own show. Spec scripts are sent to other places just so they can get a feel for your style of writing and your abilities. Not to get a place on "The Office" writing staff. If you want that, you need to send their staff a spec script for a different show.
