I need an English word to express the following feeling:
A certain poet is depressed. He writes a poem describing his state of mind. Surprisingly enough, after he's expressed himself though the poem, he sees a new meaning in life and his depression is gone.
Now all I want to know is: what is the name of this feeling: A kind of euphoria which an artist experiences after creating a piece of artistic work through which he has expressed his feeling?
