Kindergarten Report Card Poem?

I am getting ready to send out my kindergarterners first report card. I am trying to find a poem about report card or something that would be cute to send home with the reports. Any ideas??

School is fun school is cool
Even though there are some rules
I try to do the best i can do
so a good report card comes to you
Though sometime i may struggle
sometimes i may fail
report cards help keep me on the right trail.
