Question:

A couple poems, what you think?

A new venue.
A new clique.
Though a cursed word, 'tis a word to live by.
If not to live, then to cry.

Go, with your fancy paranormals.

A shadow, a small shadow at that.
Hard to peel out, then to step up to bat.
Wherefore art thou my fate so unkind?
Is it truly so barbarous or a trick on my mind?

This is the life.
Live it well.
Have fun and be cheery.
I'll sit here in Hell.
------------------------------...

I laugh. I cry. Salt. Pure salt. I taste pure salt. Dehydration. No one is there to dry my tears and yet there is nothing left to dry. Rejection. I feel rejected in the world. Am I the reject child. Mirror, mirror on the wall. If I die, who will break my fall? Scars. Though you cannot see them, they exist. They are truer than any heart, love, pair or touch. They remind me of how far I've tried to get but how many more times I've fallen. I cry, I laugh at my pathetic way of life. Am I capable of live and let love?

Is this wrong? To love without the mutual feeling? I love you but I know you don't love me back. I hear the ways you speak and and it's like a dagger through my heart, popping every nerve on the way. Why not me. Why her and not me. The soft, entangling words in which you speak, I hear not one that is meant to teach me love. I can never reveal my heart to you unless you are to first. Because if I don't die of lonliness, I'd die of embarrasment. The laughing, the pointing. All for me. Hearing names, seeing signs, none pleasant. This is wrong. No approval needed. I know I shouldn't feel this way but I do and... and I love you.
