I can remember the year nor the day...I was very young .. early childhood... I was given a gift, taken on a journey. It was so enthralling that to this day, so many years later I wish I could return to the place to hold on to the reality and the beauty that surrounded me on that journey. Every once in a while I get a glimpse of it....but I know I can never return because it was in that process itself that the transformation occurred. And I knew in that process what it would take to survive.....through all the other transformations that were yet to come....
