I was reading an article today stating hat the brain and heart communicat with the other; and that one communicates more to the other. As I remember, it said the heart communicates to the brain more frequently than the brain to the heart. This was a medical article demonstrating the importance, for heart health, that we keep a hopeful attitude. It really does affect heart health.
