Mali - or - Mallui (malo mallui malus) means; To choose, prefer

Ipsa - means; himself, herself, itself.

Nova - or - Novo- means; to make anew, refresh, revive, change, alter or invent.

Malus Ipsa Novo, basically means - One must choose to, or have a preference to change. Refresh, revive and re-invent yourself. You will be much happier and live longer. Change is good.
