Help with this dream i had im superstitious?

Hi
i had this dream and i need your help
my uncle was to get marry only saw the girl one time but she was ok
the wedding was set for 22 july this year
before the wedding a few weeks before that is
i dream that the girl was pregant and when she was delevring she died
the wedding passed and this september she got pregant
im 13 years old
