Need help - I have to thank my team - need help any poems etc I could use?

End of year gift time etc and I am doing my usual speach of thanks to the team for everything they have done this year. Great performers all of them.
I need a good poem or short speach that will get it across and look like I have put alot of thought into it. Please help.
