If u found out a small starving 4 year old child in Africa was in fact ur true lost sister or brother?

or child and they somehow ended up over there by some fluke of events ..... and they were in pain & starving to death at this very moment.... how long would it take you to mobilise your resources, get on airplane to go an rescue them ? And would you?
