alter the tradition of Christmas?

Question:

How would you change / upgrade / alter the tradition of Christmas?

right across the board. Not just for yourself but for most .

ie. no more chopping down live pine trees and installing them as temporary Christmas trees in homes

what sweeping changes would you make to this stale institution ?
