Problems with Parker pens...? Please help!?

Does anyone else find that the ink stops flowing after the 4th or 5th cartridge change or if not used for a while? Is there anything I can do to make it work again? I've tried dipping the nib in the ink and shaking the pen....Please help!

If it has a removable nib, take it out and soak it in hot (not boiling) water for as long as you can. Keep rinsing it until the water runs clear. If not removable then soak the nib in a bowl od water as it is. The ink tends to dry on the inside and clog it, this is the only way I have found to get it going again;
