Writer's block! Please help word a dedication to a longtime boyfriend!?

I have created a large photo album for my longtime boyfriend of all our events and adventures of 2006. I am trying to draft a dedication to him for the beginning of the book but think I may have used up all my creative juices on the book itself. I know its unorthodox to ask others what to say to someone you love, but perhaps your ideas will help bring out some of my own. Also, it will be read by others so I do not want to be too cheesy. I think I have a good start but just want to get it finished so I can give it to him. Here's what I have, please fill in the blanks, add to or change around however you feel, either way your help is appreciated!
