What's your feeling about when an ask-er doesn't choose the best answer on Yahoo answers?

Why do some ask-ers allow the question to go to voting. Whats your feeling on this, positive, or negative?

Well sometimes it just so happens that some that come on yahoo answers don't have the opportunity to get on every day. Sometimes a few days go by before they can get on yahoo answers because they maybe had something to do or don't have a home computer or something, so naturally some of them go to voting during this time that they are away. I don't think they are doing it intentionally always. Yahoo answers may just not be their top priority in life.
