Hou do they do it,like they have a pocket ov air somewhere in there throats and go URG or BURP.And some people can press a thumb to a finger and with a sudden flick make a clicky sound.Hou do they do it.

To belch on cue, you just swallow or gulp in air, then belch it back out.
