Silversmiths mark 'W.T.T.&Co.' Can someone identify this please.?

I would like help in indentifying this as the item belonged to my late grandfather. What I have found out is it was made in 1943 (T) around Birmingham (anchor then lion). Please could someone help.

Hi ive has similar problems finding silver marks but i found this one for birmingham silversmiths and marks it has quite a good bit of knowledge on there.Good luck i hope you find it out w.w.
