about a teen and how she feels inside and how she feels outside

just write how you feel.
your poem doesn't have to rhyme. it doesn't have to point blankly state everything. you can be vague.
ex.
I sit as saddness falls,
while rain knocks at my door,
I'll cry a little now I think,
then latter,
I'll cry more.

going for a sad teen there I guess. My point is, just write anything. Anything at all, and then just arrange it so that it sounds good when you read it outloud.
