Question:

Personal talks?

Hi,
I talk with lots of people everyday because of my job. I have a problem. I sometimes tell them about my personal problems. That is surely not acceptable. Every time I do it, I regret afterwards. But somehow I can't help doing it. I have also seen a psychologist but didn't work. Any ideas??? Pls. I really have had enough of being ashamed all the time. Thank you

Try to talk a little bit slower and make sure you think before you say most importantly. Try to make yourself think that the person your talking to is your boss or chucknorris and becareful of what you say.

You can try to build walls but this will make you kind of anti social because after a while you start to think do i really have to tell this person my personal problems or it might have an opposite effect.

You can also try to form a mental list of which people can hear your personnal problems and which people who can't. If you make a mental list then you can train your mind to alert yourself before saying anything personal to a person that you can't tell personal info. (sounds crazy but it works for me)

Your answer to my islamic question is outstanding. thank you so much.
