What are my job prospects as English Literature graduate?

I've just finished my preliminary year in the English dept. and began a 3-year-major in English Literature and I wanna discover what my careers are? plz

There are quite a few promising ones...

1) You can become a lecturer or professor in India, least you can become a teacher in Higher sec' schools. After a few years of experience, u can move to western countries, if u r interested to earn more money.

2) You can get into management after completing your Masters in Public Relations.

3) You can do Law and become HR (higher posts) or become a leading lawyer or judge in a long run.

4) If u r inclined to social service activities, join with any NGO organisation, your communication skill in English will be very useful.

5) If you have a flare in Multimedia (like journalism), your expertism in English language will catapult you to any level which u could hv never imagined.

There are many many options... Keep in touch with your seniors and friends and take advises from your college staff, they will help you to progress faster through out your life!
