Know your English, spelling, grammar and punctuation marks.
After you have written it have someone proof read it for you that does not read typo and knows how to spell correctly those words like angle and angel....two different means right? I have written poems with angel in them and typed angle.
Just write what is on your mind.
If it flows it is good.
I write poems for myself to get things off my mind.
Some are good some are not, sometimes it does not even start out as a poem but it ends up that way.
After you write it send it to us and let us read it ... I am sure someone will tell you what is good and bad about it.
