I assume you're searching for unique art forms.
Personally, if the US produced no other unique art form than Blues music, I'd be happy. But of course, other musical forms such as Country and Rap are still regarded as US art forms.
But I think there is another form of U.S. expression which is not normally regarded as "art", which is "performance art" in sports. Several sports in the US are judged and won through artistic ability, including everything from motorcycle jumping and skateboarding to surfing and bull riding. Other countries have "performance" sports, but the US takes it to entirely different cultural levels without even realizing that they made a sport into an art form.
