I need a title for my paper. Any suggestions?

The paper is about teens and young adults who are sent to reform schools where abusive tactics are used. The paper will focus on the lack of legal regulation of these schools and the abuse and deaths that occur in them. Many of the schools are religious based. Please help with title suggestions.

It's alot easier to read the paper and then pick a title from there. Most likely there will be a hidden phrase that you will use in the paper not knowingly and it will be a great title. Can you give a little more input on this question?
