Log books of the Royal Navy Ship "Revenge", 1838?

Do anyone have any information concerning the log books of the Royal Navy ship "Revenge" from 1837-38? The ship was stationed off Malta but the log books from 1838 especially seem to have vanished, they are not held in any of the British Archives or Maritime Museums. Do anyone have a copy of these books in private collections? I am undertaking a research project concerning the fate of another ship and these log books possibly hold vital information needed in my research.
