Is it possible for a professional singer to get back lost octave after larynx polyp/vocal nodule removal?

or that surgery just worsen the problem make the singer cant sing at all? (high risk of destroy vocal cord)
any singer here can get upper range voice back after polyp removal?

I am Not a singer. But yes, people do recover. It will take time. And you may need to relearn or rather unlearn some habits that perhaps added to the problem in the first place. I would seek out advice from voice coaches both on training, and on medical follow-ups with reliable doctors. Hang in there, you can shatter the sound barrier if you don't give up!
