Well those crazy neuroscientists say that during dreams one part of the brain is communicating with another part of the brain through the corpus calisum in a visual language.

But I like your idea better; that means somewhere there's a 'you' dreaming about you asking this question in yahoo answers (and a me answering it). How come dreams never include mundane things like going to the bathroom, or wiping snow of the car?
