Question:

Can you find a poem, A Knitter's Prayer?

First line is: Here I stand at Heaven's gate, four needles in my
hand
Last line is: But please, Lord, before I go, just let me finish one
more row.

Your help is much appreciated.

Found this on Google, but not the same as yours.
A KNITTER??S PRAYER?? stitched in black:

I PRAY WHEN RISEN FROM THE DEAD,

I MAY IN GLORY STAND;

PERHAPS A CROWN UPON MY HEAD,

BUT FOUR NEEDLES IN MY HAND.

I NEVER LEARNED TO SING OR PLAY,

SO LET NO HARP BE MINE

FROM CHILDHOOD TO MY DYING DAY,

PLAIN KNITTING??S BEEN MY LINE.

AND SO AS CLOSE THE TRUMPETS CALL,

I HAVE NOT FAME NOR RICHES;

BUT SWEET CONTENTMENTS KNIT MY SOUL

IN A MILLION HAPPY STITCHES
