I am not sure what kind of organization you belong to, it would make it a little easier. Put in one or two things that are related to it. Then put in the fillers. They could be things like Breath mints or gum. Cheap key chains and or pocket knifes. Candles for the women or soaps and for the men it could be 5-10$ gift cards to the hardware store or auto mart store. Dont forget cute little things like the little charms that u put on your wine glasses. You can actually get most of these things at the dollar store.
