Help! story ideas please!?

I need ideas for a plot. The story can only be 3-5 pages (typed). This is what i have so far. The character is a girl named Erin Marie Smith. She is 15 years old, and lives in Beverly Hills, California. Her house burned down when she was 13, killing her mother. Her and her father moved to Beverly Hills to "start over." That's all i have so far. I need help on a plot and an ending. Any ideas? Please be serious about this. No dumb answers.

She finds out that she is adopted and moves to Wyoming to find her real parents. Get out of Beverly Hills, it's been done.

Anyway, the plot is. She moves to Wyoming and discovers a part of herself that she didn't know existed and makes it her home. Her real mother died also, but her father is a taxidermist who is Harvard educated but had a "meltdown" and chose the simple life instead.

The story ends with him dying but she stays in Wyoming because of a love interest.
