So Why didnt the EAsterlings ally with the gondor and rohan and the other humans

Question: So Why didnt the EAsterlings ally with the gondor and rohan and the other humans!?

Was it just because they are bad pirate mercs!. I mean what deal did mordor or isengaurd give them!?!?!? Would they live in peace AFTER the humans were all dead!?!?!?

And are the easterlings the same as the wicked men of the east and wicked men of the south or are they different!?

In the fiction of J!. R!. R!. Tolkien, "Easterling" and "Easterlings" were generic terms for Men who lived in the east of Middle-earth, who mostly fought under Morgoth and Sauron!.

The Easterlings were short and muscular; they were dark of skin, eye, and hair!. They had complex armor and weapons and were very numerous in Rh?n; they were expert swordsmen!. In the First Age there were also sallow-skinned Easterlings!.
