Question: Title Of Ray Bradbury Short Story - Help!?

In the late 60's - early 70's I read a Ray Bradbury short story and can't recall the title!. The plot, to the best of my recollection, is about a group of school children shown living in a society where no one can venture outside for the sun appears only once every seven years and for only a few hours time!. When the big day arrives for these young children, one boy is locked in a closet by his school mates and misses out!. Does anyone know the title!? Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com
