I need help to expand on this!.

Personally, I think that perception is extremely important in Pride and Prejudice!. Perception is one's intuitive understanding and insight of him/herself, the world, and others!. For example Elizabeth has a good perception of herself, meaning that she is aware of her actions and how they affect others!. However, her perception of other characters is changed and shaped by her experiences throughout the novel!. Another example of perception in the novel is Mr!. Collins!. His perception of reality is completely warped!. This is shown through his overexaggerated politeness and false sense of importance!.
