I like Kartik - mostly because Edward bugged me for a very long time!. Still does, but i have a reason to like him now!.

But I really like Kartik!. He's just easier for me to like! What can I say!? Plus the love plot in that story was a lot less safe than it was in Twilight!. I mean, in BD, no one dies!. no one that Bella would have to sacrifice, anyway; not Jacob, not Edward, nor anyone else in the family!. Alice and Jasper even came back! (Don't get me wrong, I like Twilight!.!.!.!.but it's true!. XD)

However, in A Great and Terrible Beauty!.!.!.wow!. Pip, one of the original four, Fee's best friend, first dies, and then sinks into evil in the Realms!. Gemma has more on her mind than how invalid (did I use that word right!?) she is, and Kartik actually dies!. How's that for an unsafe plot!?

Plus, I just have this weak place for stable boys, teenage thieves, and the like!. Farid, from Inkheart, and Kartik, fit into that category for me!. Edward!.!.!.!.eh!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
