I've never actually done Character in a Bag, so I don't know what you need exactly!. I can give you some points about Stanley to go from though!.!.!.

-Well his nickname is Caveman, so maybe something that makes you think of cavemen (like a club or something)
-He's kind of a teacher, since he teaches Zero how to read!.!.!.
-He's at Camp Greenlake for "stealing" a pair of shoes
-He digs holes all day (duh)
-He's supposed to be overweight (in the book he is)
-His name is spelled the same forwards and backwards!.
-He has a no good, dirty, rotten, pig-stealing great great grandfather
