OK, I just made a new plot for my story!. It is divided into three acts, of which I will discuss briefly below!.
The First Act is titled, 'Cliche'!. It follows how two brothers saved the town from humiliation by fixing the Candy Machine of which their town is so proud of!. Along the way of finding Grid, the one who guards the last piece that could fix the Machine, they saved a princess, killed a dragon, the usual hero stuff!.
In Act Two, titled, "Deus Ex Machina Reversed", a mysterious stranger calling himself as "The Narrator" appeared out of nowhere and killed the princess, of which one of the brothers was engaged to!. The brothers sought adventure again, discovering that The Narrator is actually the maker of their world turned insane by all the cliche that is happening!. This act involves a secret society of other Narrators from other worlds, our own world, etc!.
The Third Act is titled, "The Denouement", which picks up the story from Act Two!. One of the brothers was possessed by the evil Narrator, and the other was made the new Narrator of another world (which is our world, in fact)!. The Good Narrator must make the hard choice of killing his own brother, and along the process, destroys the world where he grew up (due to the fact that worlds without a Narrator will be gone forever)!.
