How did she!? How come Emily didn't!?
And how come Bella's wedding gown was made on 1918!? So Alice saw her coming and marrying Edward!?
And on p!. 435 what does Bella means by one missing piece!?
I don't get Edward at the end!. I thought he wanted to do it right!. But how come he wanted it now!?

1!. Leah is a direct descendant from the original pack!. Emily (although related) isn't a direct descendant!. It wasn't until Leah that a girl was chosen!. This could have been fate, it could be that the Cullens have been in the area so long that more werewolves are needed!.
2!. The dress wasn't made in 1918, it was patterned after a wedding dress in 1918 so it resembles one from then!. Alice wasn't even changed into a vampire until the 1920's so that wouldn't have been possible!.
3!. The missing piece isn't Jacob in this instance!. It's actually to consummate their relationship!. Bella was worried about waiting until after she was a vampire because she wasn't sure if she'd want Edward or blood more and she wanted to want him more than anything else when they did consummate their relationship!. You have to continue reading on to understand the meaning!.
4!. He was worried that Bella was self sacrificing everything for everyone else!. He wanted her to be happy, I'm sure he was having a weak moment!. Physical desires do at times become, momentarily, more powerful than his logic, even for Edward!.
5!. Just as in times of old when soldiers would venture upon a herd of cattle and 'there was dinner' the vampires in the covens would look at humans the same way, not give us much thought until they're hungry!. They don't notice the herd because of the Volturi, "They only hide from the notice of the herd because of the Volturi!. Because of the Volturi they must not make their presence known!.

Edward finally decided to give in because Bella was only human!. That's what she wanted and he wants to do everything to make her happy!. He did feel bad though, but what could he do!? Bella gets what she wants
On page 627 Edward meant that if Bella had chosen Jacob and was going to marry him, he knew that he would've wanted the choice to go to the wedding and see Bella or not!. So that's why he invited Jacob without Bella's permission!.
