Question: Mary Shelley's Frankenstein and Siddhartha - please help!?
I'm writing an essay about how the role/ impact of the environment affects the story in Frankenstein and Siddhartha!. Mostly how the setting affected the characters!. I know this topic seems kind of stupid, and I agree, but it's the one I'm stuck with!. Any imput will help!. If you know of any quotes at all I will be eternally grateful! Consider it chronologically and only in terms of negative and positive influence!. Siddhartha started in a positive environment, and chose to move to a negative environment, and the negativity continued to increase, but most of this was by his own choice!.
The monster in frankenstein started in a negative environment, and because of how others viewed him, his environment continually grew negative!. also considering the guy had the brain of a murderer, it could be an argument that society in that aspect conditions criminals for failure!.

I could go on and on, but i think i've given you enough to start toying with!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i assume you're drawing connections between the monster's enlightenment and Siddhartha!. I think I'd hit the Artic scenes particularly hard draw connections to the ascetic years!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
