It is not in the best condition, but it is not completely messed up though!. It is faded and has small tears around the edges, but that is really all that is wrong with it!. The pages are still in good condition!. I saw a copy online for a Rare Book Website that was worth $3000!.00 , but that was a "Good Condition"!. So how much do you think this would be worth!?
