Question: What's that book based in the future!.!.!.!?

It's based in the future where everyone over a certain age gets killed due to overpopulation!. I need it for a project due by 2:30 PM today, anyone!?

There was a spoof on it in Family Guy where Brian is being chased by police officers in a futuristic setting and when caught he says "Well what about that guy!? He's got to be 50!" and the camera turns to Snoopy!.
