Question: Confused about Twilight!.!.!.Help me understand!?

so if a vampire (edward) bites a mammal/human, they will die!.
but then he doesn't want to bite bella because she will turn INTO a vampire!.
wouldn't she die, tough!?

They wont die, the vampire venom takes 3 days to go thru the human body and change them into a vampire!. Vampire normally bite their prey, to immobalize it thru intensive pain, and then eat!. Or, they just kill them right off the bat!. Biting doesnt kill, it just hurts!. Edward doesnt want Bella a vampire, because then he believes she will have no soul, and be "eternally damned"Www@QuestionHome@Com

theyll only die if they completly drain them
and i mean no blood left what so ever
but if they want them to become a vampire like carlisle and edward
then they must leave blood in their body so the heart will keep beating and the venom will spread
and its said in the book that it takes 3 days
depending on how close the venom was to the heart!.

Edward would have to suck all of Bella's blood out to kill her!. If he just bites her, then the venom would spread so she would be turned into a vampire in 3 days!. This is what it says in Twilight!. =)

from what I gathered they only die if the vampire drains all the blood!.!.!. (in twilight anyway!.!.!.) if he just bites her and doesn't drink her blood his venom would spread and change her into a vampire!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

To kill someone, they bite and SUCK the blood out!.

But with Bella, he just bites her!.
