Ok so my best friend and his girlfriend left to stand in line for Twilight movie tickets an hour ago (his girlfriend insisted on seeing it at midnight tonight)!. I'm sitting here bored out of my mind and like ten minutes ago he calls to tell me that his girlfriend dumped him because he couldn't be more like Edward Cullen (I guess they had a fight about it in the line or something)!. He was pretty pissed when we talked (apparently he had left the theater to drive back home without his now ex-girlfriend) and I kept telling him "dude it's probably for the best!. She's a delusional b**** and you deserve better anyway!." He's still upset!. What can I do to cheer him up!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Tell him that he's better off!. Edward was a stalker who broke into her room before they even started dating so he could watch her sleep!.!. He told her who to be friends with and got freakin moody and jealous when she saw anyone he didn't like!.
Tell him be glad he's not like Edward!.!.!. to be glad he's a real man!.!.!. and suggest to HER that she see a therapist for wanting someone abusive!. not to mention dumping a real man for a fictional never can be character!.

And just tell him that she's stupid for the reasons I just said and he shouldn't even bother with her!. If they stayed together long, it may be bad!. There's a chance she'll realize she said a stupid thing and they may get back together!.
