After hours and hours of wrestling with their consciences, the people press the red button, and they wait!.!. One week later a respectable well dressed man knocks on their door, and is let in!.
The couple tell the well dressed man that they pressed the button, the well dressed man hands them their cheque, and says, he knows they pressed the button, and he adds, people always do!.
Then as the well dressed man picks up the box, he says!.
"Now im going to give this box to another couple who will press the button, and someone else will die, whom you do not know!."
