Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: All the way in the fourth book!. See when she was still human she went with Edward on their honey moon (they get married) and Bella gets pregnant!. They didn't think it was possible because Edward is a vampire and his system is like shut down, but apparently because Bella is human it works!. So she wants to keep the baby only its half vampire so its killing her from inside her stomach and she has to drink blood to keep it alive and shes like almost dead!. But then she starts to give birth to it and she is dying and all that so Edward bites her to save her and after days of the worst pain imaginable, she lives and is a vampire, hallelujah!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Spoiler Alert! Bella gives birth to her daughter (Renesme) and it nearly kills her so Edward injects his venom into her heart!. When she wakes up she is a vampire!.
