Question: What is a good science fiction plot!?

what if someone became omnipotent!? you could tackle this as being either protagonist or antagonist!. How about the age of the person who is omnipotent!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You could go with the classic Twilight Zone plot: a man wakes up and everyone and everything he knows is different!.

But if you break it down, that's every story plot ever written!.

I would go with a time travel story, you could make it action-adventure or drama-thriller!. Personally I'd go with the latter, I find you get more complex characters out of a drama than some campy adventure story!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

One thing a friend told me once: sci-fi books should NOT be about the technology/magic/unique properties of the universe of the story!. Rather, these elements should serve as catalysts for the story itself--keep the people as the central element!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can try infections spreading globally, and the governments have to use weapons of war to stop it!. That plot is very popular now days!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
