Question: Can anyone Help me think of a good first sentence!?

I'm making a novel on a war between Earth and Hell, but i cant think of the first sentence, which in my opinion is the most important part!. Please Help Me!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Wow, that sounds like a really good idea!
You're right, the first sentence is most important,
and it should be somehing attention grabbing or publishers won't bother reading the rest!.
I have no clue how you're story is going to be, so I'll just write a first sentence I would use if I were writting a novel on this topic!.!.!.
*I looked past my shoulder, a mass of dark hair partly obscuring my vision!. I brushed it away absentmindedly (haha, is that even a word!?) and thought back to what [insert random name here] had said earlier, about the new war that brewing in middle earth!.!.!.!.!.!.
