Question: Can someone help me with the plot of my book!?

I started writing a book about a American girl going to college for photography in London!. I wanted to make it a romance story, but I'm not very romantic and I'm having some trouble (writer's block!.!.!.)
What is some other conflict that could be a major point in my book!? Thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

She could have an issue with the school and have to talk to some student aid and they could fall in love at the school!.
She could have her camera stolen in the city and some guy recovers it for her!.
Or meet someone in a photo class!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

while she's out taking pictures one day she takes some pictures of some people doing something illegal, and maybe the police are after a way to take this guy to jail, because they know he's a murderer but they can't prove it!. these guys come after her, wanting to destroy the evidence!.

How far back is this set!? Like modern, or 1800's!? If it's the 1800's, make the girl upperclass and petty, but have her fall in love with a lower class boy and have him show her the everyday hardships that they have to worry about but she doesn't even think about!. Good luck!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
