The future is limitless!.

JK Rowling is already working on two more books right now!.!.!.one is a political fairy tale for children ( a younger audience than Harry Potter) and the other is a crime/detective novel for adults!. She says she's very excited about it because she's writing in cafes again and she was also working on Two different things when she first started writing Harry Potter and HP just took over!.

She also has The Tales of the Beedle the Bard coming out in December!.

She's also working on the Harry Potter encyclopedia which she plans to release for charity (i can't wait!!!)

There are still 3 more MOVIES to go!!

There's also a THEME PARK that's going to be opening sometime in 2009 or 2010!!!!

But it's not like the Harry Potter books are going to disappear!.!.!.kids will continue to read them for years to come!.!.!.unfortunately they will have missed the AWESOME experience this generations' fans got to live through--all the anticipation for a new book, all the theorizing, the Midnight releases!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

!.!.!.I'm not sure!.!.!.What really can she do!? Harry Potter is absolutely impossible to top and is one of the greatest stories ever written!. Honestly, if I were her I'd keep going with it, but usually when a writer prolongs there work it just takes a turn for the worst so I guess this really is the best decision!. Hopefully she writes more, even if it isn't about the wizarding world!. I'm sure she will sooner or later!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

She'll probably write a few more books!. There are still 3 more HP movies to go, and a HP themepark is opening sometime next year!.

I am pretty sure she will not write another Harry Potter book!. I think, like Emma Watson wants to stop the HP stuff, even though she likes it!. The Harry Potter series have ended now apart from the movies which will be coming out in the next few years!.
I don't know if she will be writing another series but she is already writing "The Tales Of Beedle And The Bard" which is going to be released on December 4th!.
