I am always reading. is it good to always read?

Question: I am always reading!. is it good to always read!?

When I have extra change laying around I go to the library and buy a few books!. And put them on my list of books!. Is this good for me to read when I am not doing chores!? I am no longer in college!. I love to learn!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Absolutely, reading is a good thing! You learn by reading; you can relax by reading; you can escape reality by reading and relieve stress by reading!. As long as you do the work you need to do in a day; as long as you don't substitute books for socialization with other people (meaning you have friends, you do socialize when you have the opportunity, etc!.), reading is great!. Reading is the best thing in the world!. It expands your mind, your vocabulary, makes you a better writer, gives you insight and takes you on journeys and adventures you might not otherwise make!. of course it is good for you to read all of the time! but dont take it from my cousin he would say " why da f*** woold i read!?"
acctualy people who read have a higher vocabulary than most people!. i wouldnt say you would spell better b/c i spell like crap!. but i still find myself haveing to dumb up my words when im talking to someone at school!. i always look up words i dont know b/c i like using unusual words! :)

i think that it can be good and bad, if youre neglecting other things that should be done then its not good, but if you have everything done and you just have spare time to fill, i think its a good thing to do, whether its to learn, or just to read a good bookWww@QuestionHome@Com
