Ouch!.!.!. that book!. I wasn't a big fan of it!. But here are some key things i remember from when i read it!. BUT REMEMBER this is your hw, and i guess it's ok to get some tips, but you really should do your own work and maybe see a teacher if necessary!.

But here!.!.!.!. Pearl is the baby that the women with the Scarlet Letter gives birth to as a result of her relations with Nathan Procter!. The town they live in does not take to well to adultery (hense the A or "the scarlet letter" which stands for Adultery that she wears)

She has commited adultery because she was supposedly married to a man even though he has been away for awhile (but eventually comes back later in the book)

Think of the fact that the society does not like the actions she has taken!. This in a sense can be seen as NATURE because it is her surroundings and what she has to deal with!. The nature around her models the way that she, and her daughter pearl, have to live their lives!.

In terms of the truth, !.!.!.!.!. that ones a little harder, and it kind of sounds like an odd question and maybe should have been phrased better!. But i think it is something similar to what i said!. Pearl has to growup under these conditions, and as a result, is exposed to the truth of what life and society is really like!.

I don't like doing other peoples' hw, and you should see your teacher, but i felt bad not giving you a few pointers to help you on your way!. Take my stuff into consideration with what you know, and from that create and answer (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TWO QUOTES)!. And if possible, drop an email to your teacher explaining your situation!.
