Question: Best book on Tudor England!?
I'm looking for a nonfiction book about the Tudors, more specifically Henry VIII and his six wives!. I know there are a few out there, but which is the best/most accurate!? I'm also looking for a good biography on Elizabeth I that chronicles her whole life!.

A very popular historian who has written books on the period, with a lot of personal detail, is Alison Weir!. Her books are immensely readable:

Two of her books are novels about Lady Jane Grey and the young Elizabeth I; try her "Henry VIII, King and Court", and "The Six Wives of Henry VIII"!. For Elizabeth I's early life, and her siblings, try "Children of England"!. For Elizabeth as Queen, try "Elizabeth the Queen"!. All fascinating reads!Www@QuestionHome@Com
